1. Cancellation and Refund of Purchases and Services

Applicability:

• Purchases by End-Consumers: This includes products and services bought by final customers, such as 'E-invites,' 'Makeup services,' etc.
• Purchases by Businesses and Vendors: The same rule applies to services (like listing, advertising, etc.) purchased on Plan4Event by wedding businesses and service providers (Vendors).

2. Policy for Vendor Bookings

When a user searches for and directly books a Vendor (such as a photographer, decorator, etc.) via the Plan4Event platform, that specific booking will be governed by the Vendor's individual 'Refund & Cancellation' policy.

3. Account and Content Cancellation by Plan4Event

Plan4Event reserves the right to fully or partially restrict a user's access, or to cancel, suspend, block, edit, or delete their accounts or any type of content under certain specific circumstances.

Action will be taken when the user's activity or stored information is:

• Unlawful (illegal), or
• Causes harm to another person's property or rights.

Examples (but not limited to): Plagiarism, use of misleading information, or misuse of the website.
