They charge a fixed amount for planning the event and distribute the payment in the following way:
40% - At the time of booking
60% - On the Event date

If Harmony Eventz initiates the cancellation process then the client gets a full refund and if the client cancels the booking then there is no obligation on the company to give a refund however they offer the adjustments of dates.
